Additional Requirements

·       Age 21 to 30 years

·       Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

·       Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately.

·       Good knowledge on Microsoft word & Excel.

·       Ability to work under pressure & shifting duty.

·       Ability to speak multiple languages, especially Bengali & English.

·       Strong time management and organizational skills.

·       Ability to handle different types of Banking software.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Provide information about products and services.
  • Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
  • Maintain records of the Customers Query, Request & Complaints and analyze the data.
  • Take part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of Banking Product & Services.
  • Up sell products and services.
  • Try to achieve monthly maximum KPI score.
