Ability to handle different types of Banking software.
Responsibilities & Context
- Manage large amounts of inbound and
outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify
information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or
alternatives.
- Provide information about products and
services.
- Meet personal targets and work towards
meeting team targets.
- Maintain records of the Customers Query,
Request & Complaints and analyze the data.
- Take part in training and other learning
opportunities to expand knowledge of Banking Product & Services.
- Up sell products and services.
- Try to achieve monthly maximum KPI
score.
